Slightly more formal than Bella Coco's course. Better for people who want a clear learning path and a granny square project at the end.

Our honest take
What we thought
What we liked
More formal structure suits people who want clear progression. The granny square project at the end is genuinely satisfying and teaches joining techniques well. Production is excellent and the written pattern handouts are a nice touch.
Where it could be better
Slightly less personality than Bella Coco. If you want warmth and chat, this might feel a bit classroom-y. A couple of the middle lessons drag slightly — fine to double speed through them.

The verdict
“The right course if you like a classroom feel and you'd rather buy a course outright than subscribe. The granny square project is genuinely a little treasure.”

Common questions about this course
- Is Domestika a subscription?
- No — you pay once and keep the course forever. Domestika also runs frequent sales, so keep an eye out.
- Does the price include patterns?
- Yes. You get downloadable PDFs with all the patterns and a final project guide.
- Is it beginner-friendly?
- Yes, though it's slightly more structured than Bella Coco's course. If you've never held a hook, either course works — this one just leans classroom rather than friend-on-the-sofa.
